Refund policy
TRYBE has a 48-hour return policy.
We strive to offer our customers quality products in sustainable packaging to minimize the impact on the environment.
Owing to sustainable glass packaging and the perishable & consumable nature of our products, we do not accept product returns.
Cancellation of your order is not possible once the order has been confirmed or shipped.
Transit Damages:
We advise you to check the package condition on receiving the product.
In case you receive a product in damaged condition from our Courier Partner, please reach out to us with photographs of the damaged product and your invoice within 48 hours of receipt of order, at social@trybe.shop or WhatsApp us on +91 81252 43198
Our Customer Care Team will review your request and revert with an appropriate solution to your concern, within 3–4 working days (except Sundays & National Holidays). We may replace the damaged product, or refund your payment towards the damaged product, on a case-to-case basis, at our discretion.
Exchanges and Returns Policy:
To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. To complete your exchange/return, the invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup. Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.
Exchanges and returns are only allowed in the following unlikely cases:

The product is damaged, or you received the wrong item.

The product had expired by the time of delivery.
In case of any delivery related discrepancy, please reach out to us within 48 hours after the order has been marked as delivered.
If your return is accepted, we will pick up the item ordered from the same address, and you will be notified of the expected pick-up date. Refund shall be processed within 5-8 working days.
In case of an exchange, the product will be delivered to you within 6-8 days after the return pick-up is done.
